Afternoon Coffee & Cake

After all that hard work adapting the back protector, we decided to go for a coffee and sticky bun at the Höfli.

In t' Tarn f' Tea & Cake

It was time to see Tarn (Town) - Barnsley - and do a little shopping while mum went for her appointment.

It hasn't changed much. But I did notice there were fewer people.

Well after the obligatory Meal & Fish market visit and shirt buying in NEXT, we met back up with mum at the Victoria Tea Rooms.

Sunny Morning While Preparing Morris Sticks

Dad's out preparing his Morris Sticks for this evenings dance. Apparently it's rose wood - as rose wood gives the best sound you know!

UK Holiday

Back in the UK to visit the parents once again.

This time Stef had a window seat... But chose to keep the blind down???

Actually upon arrival - and having a Wi-Fi connection, those back in Switzerland were informed of our safe arrival ;-)

Then the classic Fish & Chips were called for... Actually more like the size of whales!

Meal Out With Monsters!

Well tomorrow is Sarah's 21st Birthday...
21 already!

So we went out this evening to the Höfli for a bite or two to eat.

Parents Evening @ Sarah's

So this evening Anna & I were invited to a parents evening at Sarah's Wohnschule.



Their new Wohnschule is right in the middle of Olten and is only ten minuets walk from Sarah's working place.

Sarah had her friend stopping over, so Anna & I took them over to Tiengen for a night out.

Today was Giuseppe's 'First Communion Preparation' event in Dagmersellen. So off we went, Anna, Sarah & myself.
Stefano didn't join us as he had arranged to go to the Swiss Auto Salon down in Genf.

Miriam's 40th Birthday Party

Stefano's God Mother - Miriam had her 40th Birthday Party up at the Priests House in Baldingen.




It was a cosy afternoon/evening that went on till late.




Of course, there was a Gugger Musik band that made their nose very loudly...










I took some arty-farty pictures while I was outside listening.




Then it was time to go back inside and have some spaghetti and lots of good fun...







All in all, a great time had by all...
