It wasn't all roses - that there tour on the Trophy with Anna!
At some point I started to get muscle cramp in the back. It didn't go away and it didn't lighten off!
The results:
Having to go to the Hospital at 01:00 hrs and have an infusion of Voltaren for over an hour!
